City of Cheboygan Residents:

Today and in the coming days, the Army National Guard will be assisting City crews, contractors, and volunteer groups with debris removal throughout our streets. You will see National Guard vehicles moving through the community—please give them ample space to safely maneuver their equipment.

Residents are asked to continue placing debris at the curb (in the parking lane if possible), but please avoid blocking driving lanes.

For Residents that would like to haul their own debris: Yard debris may be dropped off at the following locations:

• Behind the City Recreation Center
• Behind the Cheboygan County History Center (between Huron and Cuyler Streets, near the Old Courthouse)

Look for digital signs at each site indicating the exact drop-off areas.

The City sincerely thanks all of our partners who are assisting the community and supporting residents in need. This has been a difficult time for everyone, but together, as a team, we will rise to meet this challenge.
