Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Cheboygan City Council, at its Regular City Council meeting, will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 27th, 2022 at 7:00pm in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, 403 N Huron St, Cheboygan Michigan for the following:

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CHEBOYGAN BY adding Chapter 134 RE: City of Cheboygan Tax Exemption Ordinance – Rivertown Housing.

Copies of the Ordinance are on file in the City Clerk’s office for public inspection. Public comments both pro and con are invited. If attendance is not possible, written comments should be addressed to the City Clerk, Alyssa Singles, City Hall, PO Box 39, Cheboygan, MI 49721 for inclusion in the Public Hearing.
