Closed on Veterans Day

Please be advised that the City of Cheboygan will be closed on Monday, November 11, 2024, in observance of Veterans Day. Regular office hours will resume on Tuesday, November 12, 2024.
State Street Closure

State Street is closed between Western Avenue and Dresser Street. Please follow the posted detour signs. Thank you for your patience!
Pine Hill Cemetery Clean-Up

A friendly reminder to remove all summer articles from plots in Pine Hill Cemetery in order to complete fall clean-up. Winter decorations, including wreaths, grave blankets or similar objects may be maintained on graves from November 1st until April 15th, at which time they shall be removed.

The City of Cheboygan will be flushing hydrants as follows:
EAST SIDE:
- 10:00 pm Sunday, October 27th to 7:00 am Monday, October 28th
- 10:00 pm Monday, October 28th to 7:00 am Tuesday, October 29th
- 10:00 pm Tuesday, October 29th to 7:00 am Wednesday, October 30th
WEST SIDE:
- 10:00 pm Sunday, November 3rd to 7:00 am Monday, November 4th
- 10:00 pm Monday, November 4th to 7:00 am Tuesday, November 5th
- 10:00 pm Tuesday, November 5th to 7:00 am Wednesday, November 6th
- *10:00 pm Wednesday, November 6th to 7:00 am Thursday, November 7th

Please do not wash clothing without first running cold water faucets until the water is clear on these days and the following day to clear your lines of rust and other particles.
