Partial-Term City Council Seat

The City of Cheboygan is seeking a candidate to fill a Partial-Term City Council Seat, term to expire November 2022. Any individual wishing to qualify as a Write-In Candidate for the Office of Councilperson for the November 3, 2020 General Election should submit a Declaration of Intent to the City Clerk, no later than 4:00 p.m., Friday, October 23, 2020. The Declaration of Intent is available at the City Clerk’s Office, 403 North Huron Street, Cheboygan, Michigan and below.

Candidates must also file a “Statement of Organization” with the County Clerk pursuant to State Statute.
