Bid documents may be viewed and downloaded below. The City’s policy is to award bids to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Requests for proposals are awarded to the company whose proposal provides the best overall value and that best meets the needs of the City.
The City of Cheboygan will be accepting proposals for three (3) annual audits, beginning with fiscal year ending June 30, 2021. All proposals must comply completely to the requirements outlined in the REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Proposals may be mailed or delivered to the City Clerk-Treasurer’s Office, 403 North Huron St., Cheboygan, MI 49721, in a sealed envelope marked CITY OF CHEBOYGAN ANNUAL AUDIT no later than 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 27, 2021, at which time proposals will be publicly opened and read.
